Flight Description
For safety reasons, the drone flight will always take place from the seaside.
The drone will fly over the sea and capture the four-seater or two-seater bike on the bike path along the waterfront, recording the bike and the riders enjoying their ride. This ensures a safe and scenic recording environment.
Weather Conditions
To ensure your safety and enjoyment, our service operates only under favorable weather conditions. The wind should not exceed 10.7m/s, and rain is a prohibitive factor.
Video Duration
Each package includes a 1-minute video that captures your experience during the bike rental. This duration is chosen to ensure the safety and economical operation of our service.
Total Cost
The total cost for the Drone Video Service is 30,00€.
Payment will be made in two phases:
- A 50% deposit (15,00€) before the flight
- The remaining amount (15,00€) upon receiving the video
Additional Aerial Photography Service
If you desire aerial photos, the charge is 5€ per photo.
Delivery Process
After completing the drone recording, the video will be transferred via WeTransfer and delivered to the email provided by the customer within 2-3 working days.
Terms and Conditions
- The service is only available on days when the weather is favorable for safe drone flight.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, a full refund or rescheduling of the service will be offered.
- Customers agree that the use of the drone will comply with all local regulations and laws.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are not eligible for a refund.
Safety
- The safety of our customers and equipment is our top priority. Flights will only take place when absolutely safe.
- Our drone equipment is regularly maintained and checked before each flight.
Usage Rights
- Customers have the right to use the videos and photos for personal use.
- Bikeit reserves the right to use the videos and photos for promotional purposes unless the customer states otherwise.
